RE:        10212213 Seal Coat GA Valencia Area Road and Parking Lot

Project Start Date:  Phase 1: November 19, 2012

                               Phase 2: November 21, 2012

Duration:  Phase 1: November 20, 2012 

                Phase 2: November 25, 2012

WORK CONSISTS OF:  Crack sealing, Pavement Seal Coat, and install pavement Markings. 

See Attached Diagram.

Work will be completed in two phases.

Phase 1 (Pink area):  Parking area will be closed during duration of construction (November 19 - 20, 2012).  Request vehicles use the west portion of the parking lot.  Gates 37, 37A and B will be temporarily unavailable.  Use Gate 37C or Gate 36 for access.  East entry of parking area from Valencia road will be closed.  Use West entry for access.

Phase 2 (Green Area):  Parking area will be closed during duration of construction (November 21-22) and will re-open.  Request vehicles use the east portion of the parking lot.  On November 25, 2012, parking area will close for installation of pavement markings.   Gate 37C will be temporarily unavailable.  Use Gate 37, Gate 37 A and B, or Gate 36 for access.  West entry of parking area from Valencia Road will be closed.  Use East entry for access.

Schedule subject to change due to inclement weather.   Please use Extreme Caution while in the construction area.
